4. We may suspend, block or restrict your access at any time without notice if we suspect illegal, immoral or unauthorized use. Temporary service disruptions for site maintenance or circumstances beyond our control are excepted.

Product Orders

1. All orders for products constitute a legal offer that we may accept or reject at our discretion. Acceptance is indicated by our email confirmation. Rejected orders will be refunded or cancelled.
2. Prices shown include all taxes and are subject to change without notice. However, the price charged will be the price in effect at time of order confirmation.
3. We make every effort to provide current product images, descriptions and pricing, but these may differ slightly from the actual product. We are not liable for such variations.
4. Payment must be made online by credit/debit card or other method offered during checkout. Your payment information is processed by secure third party providers.
5. You must provide a valid shipping address where someone is available to receive the order. Shipping cannot be made to PO boxes.
6. Delivery delays can occur during periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any transit delays and cannot offer refunds, credits, etc. if shipment takes longer than estimated at checkout.
7. Risk and ownership of products pass to you when the order ships from our fulfillment center. You are liable for loss, theft or damage during transit.
8. You may cancel unfulfilled orders before we issue shipping confirmation. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel so we can stop fulfillment.

Returns & Refunds

1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged and have original tags/packaging. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
3. To start a return, please contact us for an authorization form and instructions. We will issue refunds once the returned items pass inspection at our fulfillment center.
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective items shipped). In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label upon request.
5. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds are made via the original payment method used to place the order.
6. We reserve the right to decline returns if the above conditions are not met or for any order placed using a discount or promotional price.
7. Our return policies only apply to products purchased directly on our website. If you purchase through an authorized reseller, their policies apply.

Promotions & Coupons

1. Discount coupon codes are limited to one per order. Codes must be entered at checkout to redeem.
2. Coupon values and expiration dates are as indicated on the code. We reserve the right to decline any expired, invalid or inapplicable codes.
3. Promotional offers are limited to quantities indicated while supplies last. Limited purchase restrictions may apply.
4. Coupons or offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated. If a combination is not allowed, only one coupon or offer may apply per order, whichever yields the greater discount.
5. We reserve the right to cancel any coupons, discounts or promotions at any time without notice if we suspect fraud, misuse or ineligibility. Discounts have no cash value and are not transferable.

2. If there are any issues with an order, please notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve it. We will work hard to find a satisfactory solution.
